You can choose and buy a unit in Pattaya while in another country or another Thai city. Here is how it works step by step, and how your money is protected.

The chosen unit is held with a reservation deposit to the developer; the amount depends on the project. It locks the price and the unit while the contract is prepared. - Contract review
The sale and purchase agreement arrives by email. Before signing we check the payment schedule, completion dates, penalties and what the price includes. An independent lawyer can review it on request. - Payment
We help you transfer funds from any country: we suggest a convenient route for your bank and situation and support every payment on schedule. - Registration and keys
Ownership is registered at the Land Office. You can come in person or sign a power of attorney. We accept the keys against a handover report, inspect the unit and send you photos and video. - After the purchase
