Where the center is
Central Pattaya stretches along the city bay between Naklua in the north and Pratumnak Hill in the south. Beach Road and its promenade run along the sea, Second Road runs parallel to it, and Sukhumvit Road lies further inland.

- Tourist traffic all year round. Condos in the center rent out well to tourists.
- Transport. From the center it is easy to get to any district of the city.
Cons
- Noise. Especially near bars and the main streets.
- The sea. The water in the central bay is not as clean as on the beaches of Pratumnak, Wongamat and Jomtien.
- Daily rentals need checking. Renting to tourists by the day is only allowed with a hotel license and if the building rules permit it.
